This fuel tank cap is produced by precision injection molding, matched with rubber sealing gasket and internal pressure balance valve. When the temperature changes inside the fuel tank, the valve automatically adjusts positive and negative pressure to avoid tank deformation or sealing failure. The textured outer surface brings comfortable anti-slip operation when refueling. All raw materials are selected automotive-grade plastic, passing fuel soaking test, aging test and salt spray test. Each product is 100% sealing checked before packing. Widely used for sedan, SUV, pickup and light truck fuel system replacement. We can develop according to customer’s OEM number, sample or drawing, provide one-stop molding and mass production service.
